On Sunday night (14.7.), a burglary took place in an equipment shed on the Werrestraße in Herford, which is located on a club grounds. Video footage revealed that three young suspects approached the entrance to the sports ground at around 5.19 am. They then used a garbage can as a step to gain access to the club grounds. The window pane of the equipment hut was smashed to gain access to the inside of the hut. Various foodstuffs (drinks and sweets) were stolen from the hut. The strangers then left the sports grounds. The three suspects are described as follows:

1st person

- Black jogging trousers, black pullover with white stripes, baseball cap

2nd person

- Black jogging trousers with green horizontal stripes/white vertical stripes, grey pullover stripes, gray sweater, black shoes

3rd person

- Black sweatpants, black sweater with light side stripes, brown baseball cap

The criminal investigation department has started the investigation and is asking further witnesses who can provide information about the burglary or the youths to call 05221-8880.
