The scenario technique can be used to capture the complexity and dynamics of development processes and their interactions. This can be used to describe a spectrum of possible scenarios against which future strategies must prove themselves.
Including four scenarios at the same time, a group of experts identified 16 project proposals in five categories. Their implementation can increase the attractiveness of the criminal investigation department in North Rhine-Westphalia, improve the results of investigative work and make the overall organization more resilient to future developments.
